If something's wrong

If the print is bad, the shirt arrived damaged, we sent the wrong size or color, or it never showed up, pick one: a replacement shirt, or a refund.

Replacement. We print another shirt and ship it.

Refund. We return what you paid.

Write within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the problem. Say which option you want.

We don't take shirts back because you changed your mind or the fit isn't what you hoped. A print made for you can't go back on the rack.
